Christine Fruechte is CEO of Colle+McVoy, an inventive, full-service agency that excels at modernizing brands for a range of clients—from privately held companies to Fortune 100 businesses. She has more than 25 years of marketing and business management experience and is nationally recognized for transforming the Colle+McVoy agency, which is now one of the Twin Cities’ largest. Fruechte is responsible for inspiring and leading 240 professionals and managing more than $300 million in annualized capitalized billings.

Since arriving at Colle+McVoy in 2004, Fruechte has led clients to record-setting results, and the agency through 11 consecutive years of growth, while consistently being named a best place to work by Outside magazine, Ag Age and the Star Tribune. The agency has also received international recognition from the Effie Awards, Webby Awards, PRSA Silver Anvil Awards, The One Show, Cannes Lions and others.

With extensive brand experience, Fruechte’s work includes 3M, Coca-Cola, DuPont, General Mills, The Hershey Company, Invisalign, Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Nestlé Purina, Target and USA Swimming, among others. She has held leadership positions at other respected advertising agencies, including Campbell Mithun, now McCann, and DDB affiliate Milici Valenti Ng Pack in Honolulu.

Fruechte is a sought-after national speaker and resource for national media, such as Ad Age, NPR, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and The Huffington Post. She has been profiled in the highly regarded Corner Office column of The New York Times, and Ad Age recognized her in its 2010 Women to Watch report, which honors the most innovative, empowered and accomplished women in the advertising, marketing and media industry.

Outside of her day job, Fruechte serves on the National 4A's board of directors and the advisory board of The BrandLab. She also volunteers for the Twin Cities Youth Rowing Club.
