As Senior Vice President – Brand Marketing, Advertising and Sponsorships for AT&T, Esther Lee oversees global brand marketing, advertising, media and sponsorship, as well as the integration of brand leadership into the company’s business strategies.
Lee leads the strategy and integrated efforts for overarching company platforms like “Rethink Possible” and its recent evolution to "Mobilizing Your World," as well as individual brand campaigns and initiatives like the "It Can Wait” program to end texting while driving. With each brand expression, Lee aims to engage audiences around AT&T's commitment to innovation, which allows people to do more, explore more, and live more expansively.
Previously, Lee was CEO of North America and President of Global Brands for Euro RSCG Worldwide and, prior to that, she served as SVP Global Chief Creative Officer for The Coca-Cola Company. Lee’s industry awards and recognitions include being listed as one of Advertising Age’s “100 Most Influential Women,” The AD Club of New York’s “Advertising Person of the Year,” and Business Insider’s list of “29 Most Influential CMOs in the World.”
