Chief Growth Officer
Michele is the agency’s most senior female leader and is a key force in shaping and driving the agency agenda. Since joining Eleven in 2004, Michele has cultivated a strong roster of clients that include Google, Apple, Oakley, Chevrolet/GM, PayPal, SurveyMonkey, Lyft, Dignity Health and Visa. She also provides strategic guidance on brand development for these blue-chip clients, helping to deliver their vision to market. In 2017, Eleven won a Small Agency of the Year Award from Advertising Age with Michele steering the ship.
Michele has over 25 years of creative agency experience and is a down-to-earth team player with a knack for sparking new client relationships. She began her career at Deutsch NY, launching IKEA in the U.S. After realizing her calling was in California, she landed at Hal Riney & Partners — where she spent nearly a decade building and launching regional and national efforts for both GM’s Saturn and Sprint PCS.
Michele is also passionate about supporting women in advertising. You can find her speaking at industry events like the 3% Conference or leading conversations for “Women to Women,” a mentorship initiative she formed at Eleven in 2015, focused on personal development and growth for female employees. She is a regular contributor to publications such as The Huffington Post and Campaign. Michele sits on the Claremont McKenna College Parent Network Board and lives in Marin County with her husband and two children.
